Fly In day, 11th November, 2017.

ROARING FORTIES FLY IN.

Another great day at the Roaring Forties club.  The weather was perfect and the company was excellent.  It was wonderful to greet our friends from clubs around Tasmania.  As is the norm the barbecue was outstanding and thanks to Elaine, Val, Colleen and Chris for the wonderful provisions.  Also a special mention to our "Chef de la Barbecue" Dave, thanks Dave.

As we were meeting on Remembrance day we all gathered together at 11.00am for a minutes silence to honour our fallen soldiers.

To our hosts, Tony and Elaine Gray, a big thank you for your generosity year after year.

A thank you to Mike Ralph for the donation of soft drinks the sale of which raised nearly $40 for club funds.

The club raised enough funds to donate $90 to The Royal Flying Doctors.
